I’m Toluwalase Suzzette, a holistic health coach, wellness practitioner, and founder of Ashe Holistic Health. My work is rooted in helping women, families, and everyday professionals reconnect with balance, clarity, and self-trust. I believe healing should feel safe, nurturing, and accessible, and every session I hold is designed to create space for your mind, body, and spirit to breathe again.
My approach blends intuitive guidance with evidence-based holistic practices. Through personalized wellness consultations, womb wellness support, and lifestyle coaching, I guide my clients toward sustainable healing—one aligned step at a time. I hold space with intention, compassion, and deep respect for your journey.
As part of my passion for inspiring everyday healing and self-expression, I also created two lifestyle brands: Adorned by Tolu, a sacred jewelry line made to honor your inner radiance and spiritual alignment, and Holistic Life Tees, a mindful apparel collection that brings wellness, affirmation, and grounded living into daily life.
